# Metafields Support

Metafields support allows merchants to surface custom data from their Shopify store directly within Shoppy app widgets.

The interaction is straightforward — merchants simply choose the desired metafield from a dropdown list populated with the metafields already configured on their Shopify store. No additional setup is required inside Shoppy.

### How to Enable / Configure

1\. Go to App Builder > Homepage in your Shoppy Dashboard.

2\. Open the **Text widget** where you want to display a metafield.

3\. Locate the metafield selector within the widget settings.

4\. Select the desired metafield from the list — it is automatically populated with all metafields defined on your Shopify store.

5\. Save your changes.
