Profile Page

Using Shoppy's Profile Page, you can customize the sections and content that your users see! See the tutorial below to see an example:

Here's how it looks when the user is logged out (left) and logged in (right):

My Orders

This section is active by defualt, and is where your users will come to see their orders in progress! Simply click and press down on the dotted icons on the left to move the block where you wish.

My details

Here, your user's account information will be saved, such as their name & email address. This section will always be here for them! Choose the position that you prefer.

My Addresses

Like the sections above, your user's addresses will always remain present in the Profile section. This helps to make shipping a seamless process with Shoppy! Drag & drop this feature to move it up or down on the page.

Settings

Your customers can use the Settings area to see the following info:

• Push Notifications; users can turn them on or off using the toggle here

• Country; users can change their country and currency if necessary

• Refund Policy; your shoppers will always be up to date with the latest refund policy, as it is linked here!

• Shipping Policy; your customers can easily access Shopify's Shipping Policy here to clear up any doubts they might have!

You can drag and drop this section whereever you like for visibility!

Notification Center

Here you can add an area where users can see all notifications that have been sent to them on behalf of your company's app!

Use drag & drop to place it where you wish so users can see all important communications in one place!

Favorites

By adding in the Favorites section here, users can have a dedicated space to view all items that they have saved by clicking on the heart icon on some of your products!

To add it, simply click on the +Add Section button at the bottom and move the section where you desire!

Support

You can add in a dedicated Support section for your users to contact you here! before adding this section, make sure that you have one of the support integrations downloaded on your Shopify store and enabled on you Shoppy Dashboard > Integrations.

Choose from one of the following:

• Facebook Support

• Live Chat Support

• WhatsApp Support

To add it, simply click on the +Add Section button at the bottom and move the section where you desire!

Policies

If you have any particular policies that you want to make sure your users see, make sure to add them here! In Settings, as mentioned above, users can see the Shipping & Refund policy, but from the Policies section they can see any of these:

• Shopify Shipping Policy

• Shopify Return & Refund Policy

• Shopify Privacy Policy

• Shopify Terms of Service

Click +Add Section, select Policies, and then select one or more policies that you'd like to display to your customers.

Pages

If you have created any Pages on your Shoppy store that you want to make sure your users see, link them in this section!

After clicking on the +Add Section block and selecting Pages, you wiill then be able to click on the + Pages icon that appears. From there, choose which pages you want to display here for easy viewing.

News

Like pages, you can also provide a link to users for News here! If you have some especially important or exciting news to share, add it here in the Profile Page by clicking + Add Section.

Once you've added the News section, you'll then be able to click +News and select which to include.

Fidelity Program

If you have the Growave Loyalty & Rewards fidelity app installed on your Shopify Store, you can link it here! This will allow your users to see their points & help you to boost repeat purchases. To do it:

First, make sure that you have enabled the integration on Shoppy > Integrations!

Then, you can click +Add section, select Fidelity, and select Growave.

Divider

To make the layout of the profile sectioin more appealing, you can insert a divider anywhere you like! Simply click + Add Section and select a divider wherever you like! Like all other sections, you can drag and drop it where you prefer, and create multiple ini this case.

Logout

The logout section will always be present in the profile page of your Shoppy app for your users to find with ease! Click drag & drop to put it where you desire.
