# Facebook Messenger

With this integration you can communicate with your customers via Facebook Messenger chat.

To set up Facebook Messenger chat, go to Integrations and enable the **Facebook Support** integration.

In the popup that will appear, enter your page ID in the Facebook ID field. To find your *Facebook  ID*, you can follow the steps described on this page: <https://www.facebook.com/help/1503421039731588/>. <br>

If you'd like to show the support button in your App Home select "Show in App Home."

Click "Save" to save your changes and enable the integration.
