Facebook Messenger

With this integration you can communicate with your customers via Facebook Messenger chat.

To set up Facebook Messenger chat, go to Integrations and enable the Facebook Support integration.

In the popup that will appear, enter your page ID in the Facebook ID field. To find your Facebook ID, you can follow the steps described on this page: https://www.facebook.com/help/1503421039731588/.

If you'd like to show the support button in your App Home select "Show in App Home."

Click "Save" to save your changes and enable the integration.
