TextYess enables businesses to launch large-scale WhatsApp broadcast campaigns, automate processes like abandoned cart recovery and post-purchase follow-ups, and provide instant, 24/7 customer support through an AI Assistant seamlessly integrated with their product catalog.

To get started, simply install TextYess on your Shopify store: .

TextYess enables businesses to launch large-scale WhatsApp broadcast campaigns, automate processes like abandoned cart recovery and post-purchase follow-ups, and provide instant, 24/7 customer support through an AI Assistant seamlessly integrated with their product catalog.

Click "Save" to save your changes and enable integration.

Once set up, the WhatsApp icon will appear on your app’s homepage and within the settings, based on the configuration you define in the Shoppy admin panel. 🎉

To set up the chat, go to the Shoppy Admin in the Integrations section and enable the TextYess integration. In the popup that appears, enter your phone number in the Whatsapp Number field. Be sure to enter the phone number complete with its area code (ex: +44) and no spaces.
