How to remove Shoppy from your Shopify Admin:
From your Shopify Admin, click on Settings, then Apps and Sales Channels
Click on "Remove" next to Shoppy
Why have you decided that Shoppy isn't for you? We're sorry to see you leave, but would be grateful to know your reasons!
Click "Confirm".
