Whatsapp Business

With this integration, you can communicate with your clients through Whatsapp Business.

To set up the Whatsapp chat, go to Integrations and enable the WhatsApp Support integration. In the popup that appears, enter your phone number in the Whatsapp Number field. Be sure to enter the phone number complete with its area code (ex: +44) and no spaces.

Click "Save" to save your changes and enable integration.
