# LiveChat

With this integration you can communicate with your customers using LiveChat.

To set up LiveChat Integrations chat and enable the Live Chat Support integration. In the popup that will appear, enter the direct link to your LiveChat chat in the Live Chat Link field. If you want to show the support button in your App Home select "Show in App Home."

Click "Save" to save your changes and enable the integration.

To get the direct link to LiveChat, open the LiveChat app from Shopify and click on the "**Go to LiveChat**" button, which will open the LiveChat dashboard in another tab. From the main LiveChat dashboard go to **Settings -> Channels -> Chat Page** and copy what is in the text field in the "**Your Chat Page Link**" section with the "**Copy Link**" button.
